Standing Up and Chicken
I know what you're thinking, "Wow, another post, so soon! What happened?"
Today I decided it was time to stand up. I've been working on it for a while, and my Dad kept saying, "When he stands up we'll have to bring the bed down" - what does that mean, anyway? My parents have this pretty annoying habit of putting me in my bed (it's really just a pack-and-play) and leaving me there. I don't like that one bit. So I have to find things to entertain myself. I find most of these things on the desk next to my bed. I had to figure out how to get up on my knees in order to reach them, but still I couldn't reach very far. Today I finally got up on my two feet and reached for some of the cool things on the desk. Boy, you should have seen the look on my Dad's face!! He called Mom, and then started running through the house, looking for the camera. My guess is that you will see a picture of me standing up pretty soon. Anyway, it was a pretty big thing. And now my bed is lower. It's OK, I guess, except I cannot reach the cool stuff on the desk anymore. Come to think of it, I cannot really reach anything. Hmmm... did I get the short end of the stick?
Another first: today I had chicken for the first time! Pureed with carrots, potatoes and a bit of rice. Not as bad as I thought it would be. Actually, makes those carrots taste OK. Nothing like the Williams Pears or a good old banana, though.
Hope you all are doing well today.
More later,
Bogdan

What a neat idea! Thanks for including us on your mailing list. The picutres are great. We still think of Bogdan as he was when you left the US. He has kept on growing! Teeth and standing! What next? We thank God for his progress and we know you are both so proud of him.
We love you the three of you,
Coach
